This form is for the City of Playford Individual Participation Grant. 

Applications may be submitted throughout the year and will be assessed in the order received, subject to available funding. 

Funding should not be considered automatic or guaranteed and is granted on the applicants' ability to meet the funding criteria. 

The Individual Participation Grant category provides funding to support residents to participate in community, academic, sporting, cultural, leadership, and personal development opportunities. Funding is available to provide financial assistance to residents who have been selected to represent South Australia at a State, National or International level or have been selected for a significant development opportunity as a result of excellence in a particular field. This support category aims to reduce financial barriers to participation and assist individuals to access opportunities that contribute to their personal development, wellbeing, and community involvement.

Funding is available through two grant streams:

• Club Participation Grants  provides a one-off payment of $200 per individual to support involvement in organised sporting, social, cultural and recreational activities by providing assistance with the initial costs associated with joining a new club, group, or organised activity.
• Outstanding Achievement Grants provides financial assistance to individuals who have been selected to participate in academic, sporting, cultural, leadership, or personal development opportunities at an intrastate, interstate, or international level. Funding is tiered between $100-$400, based on the level f representation or participation. more information on this is available within the Individual Participation Guidelines.

Once you have commenced an application, you can save and close the form at any time and come back to it. To resume an application, return to the grant portal and log in with your email and password and continue. When you have completed all sections, review before finalising your application before submitting, ensuring all supporting documentation is included. Once you have submitted, you cannot access or edit the form.
