This application form is for City of Playford Equipment Grant. 

The Equipment Grants offer financial support to active sports and recreation clubs to purchase equipment to further develop the programs and services they provide within the City of Playford.

Funding up to $1,000 (excluding GST) is available for not-for-profit active sport or recreation club or community organisations whose purpose is the delivery of active sport or recreation programs or services located within the council area.

Applications are open all year round or until funding allocation has been expended.

Before proceeding, please ensure the following:

• your organisation is not-for-profit 
• your organisation is incorporated, or is auspiced by an incorporated organisation for the purposes of this application
• your organisation is located within the City of Playford
• your organisation does not hold a gaming machine licence
• your organisation has not received funding through Equipment Grants in the past 12 months
• your organisation does not have any outstanding reports, contractual or financial obligation to City of Playford as a result of previous funding or grants

Incomplete applications will not be considered.

Funding should not be deemed automatic or anticipated and is granted on the applicants' ability to meet the requirements.
