This application form is for City of Playford Club Participation Grant. 

Applications are open all year round or until funding allocation has been expended.

Outcomes will be advised four weeks from receipt of application submission. 

Objectives

 

The Club Participation Grants provide funding to assist with the costs associated with participating in sport and recreation activities based within the City of Playford.

Funding up to $200 is available to assist residents up to the age of 17 years to receive one-off financial support where costs may be a barrier. Clubs will need to apply on behalf of the individual by submitting an application form and following eligibility criteria. 

Funding can be used for:

  • membership
  • registration fees
  • uniforms
  • equipment, etc.

Applications must be submitted prior to commencement of membership or registration.

Applicants please note:

  • Funding should not be deemed automatic or anticipated and is granted on the applicants' ability to meet the requirements.
  • Incomplete applications will not be considered.
  • Successful applicants will be required to expend the funding in the manner for which it was approved.
